Sometimes easy and simple make the most delicious of meals.  This can be an appetizer or light supper. I Found this recipe on Jamie Oliver’s app for the iphone! Excellent and filling meal!! I ended up adding more tomatoes into the recipe then it called for. Halibut is one of our favourite fishes.  Orange sauce seems to be a perfect fit with it.   The hardest thing though is deboning it! We try to eat a lot of fish, so keeping frozen Pacific salmon in the freezer (or other fish) is a must.  This was an easy spur-of-the-moment recipe that I’ll be making again.
