After attending Blissdom Canada earlier this month, one of the sponsors, Kraft Canada, gave out bags of their little Kraft caramels.
This is how I decided to use them:
For the chocolate cake, I used this 5 minute cake-in-a-mug recipe. It made a tall mug that I cut for each guest.
To make the caramel, I microwaved some caramel squares and milk for about a minute, and stirred. I drizzled that on the cake.
The ice cream is from local ice cream maker La Cigale in Chelsea, QC.
A perfect dessert!





Yum! I’ve just been eating the caramels, but this works too. I’ll try it next weekend.
