This is one of those recipes you whip up that ends up impressing your guests with the way it looks and more importantly, the way it tastes.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/2 package of puff pastry, thawed

1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet. Also can use semi-sweet pieces of chocolate bars)

icing sugar

Directions:

1-Roll out the puff pastry and slice into 4 long pieces.

2-Sprinkle chocolate chips across the length of pastry. Don’t overfill!

3-Roll the pastry forming a croissant shape. Ensure all sides etc. are pinched and closed.

4-Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is baked to a golden brown.

5-Once done, sprinkle a bit of icing sugar on top and serve warm.
